William Alvin Jessup Sr and family picture

The little boy in the lower right of the 1903 photo, is my grandfather's older brother William Alvin Jessup Sr (son of John Van Duzer and Abbie Goodale Jessup). (When I was young looking at the picture, I always thought he looked like Gerry Mather of the TV show "Leave it to Beaver" in that particular picture)

William took over the Springmere farm as a young man, following in his father's footsteps. He lived in one of the houses with his wife and their children while his father and mother continued to live in the other house. Here is a picture of William Sr and his wife and children in the photo:

I would be interested to learn more about William Armstrong Jessup's eldest son William Alvin Jessup, my great grandfather, as I know very little about him. His only son William Alvin Jessup, Jr is still doing well at 93. He has been living in West Texas for several decades.
